Farul Constanta is one of Romania`s most traditional clubs located in Romania`s most Beautiful Tourist city. ( Constanta ) The club played many years in the top legue of Romania untill the season 2009/09 when the club was relegated to the second division. After this the club was sold to new invester but with lack of finance the club is unable to return to the top League whee it belong. We are at the moment looking for very good investers to invest or take over the club to enable it return to the premier League. Farul has allot of supporters and a stadiun wigth more than 18, 000 capacity. in Xonstanta is located a fishing habour , and one of the most Beautiful beaches in urope which attracts hundreds of thousands of Tourist every year.

History

In 1949, the two football clubs of Constanţa, Dezrobirea and PCA, were merged to create a new team, Locomotiva PCA Constanţa, that played in the Divizia B (the 2nd League). After the 1954 edition, the team was promoted for the first time to the 1st League (Divizia A), and in 1958, the team's name was changed from Locomotiva to Farul Constanţa.

Its best achievements are reaching the fourth place in Liga I and the semi-finals of the Balkans Cup, and winning Liga II four times.

Mamaia is a resort and the largest on the Romanian Black Sea shore. It is north-east of Constanţa, Romania and has few time residents, with the population being mostly summer residents.
Beaches Mamaia is also the only resort in Europe to have the pure white sand only found in tropical places such as Hawaii. The beach season is at its best between mid-May and late September, when average daytime temperatures are 25 to 30 degrees Celsius (78 to 86 degrees Fahrenheit).
